The Skunk Botia Loach (Yasuhikotakia morleti) is an active and energetic bottom-dweller recognized by the bold black stripe running from its head to tail. Full of personality, these loaches are excellent scavengers and are best suited for aquarists with semi-aggressive community aquariums.

Provide plenty of caves, driftwood, and rocky hiding places along with soft substrate for foraging. They are highly active and appreciate strong filtration and well-oxygenated water.
Note: Skunk Botia Loaches can become territorial as they mature and are best kept either singly or in larger groups with plenty of space to establish a hierarchy.
