WHAT IS LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE & WHAT QUALIFIES ME FOR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE?

Live Arrival Guarantee is a guarantee that your fish will arrive alive and healthy under perfect shipping and receiving circumstances.  In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), a video must be emailed to us of you opening the box for THE FIRST TIME and a clear view of the dead fish. Fish must be sent Overnight or 1-Day shipping. FedEx 2-day will not be covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee. You must be available to receive and open your package at the first delivery attempt and within 1-hour be qualified. We are not responsible for your package recirculating through the mail or being sent back to us. No refund will be issued in either case. We are not responsible to what happens after it is in your care.

DO YOUR PLANTS COME WITH SNAILS?

With the help of our trusty loaches, we try our very best to ensure your plants do not come with any pest snails.

​However, we cannot guarantee our plants to be snail free.

Always quarantine all new plants/fish received before placing them in your tank.

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TIME?

• Plants - All plants are processed and sent out within 1-3 days. 
• Fish - After an order is received, fish need to be fasted 2-5 days before shipment.  Fish will be sent out within 1-2 weeks of order placement.

WHAT IS YOUR QUARANTINE PROCESS?

All fish that come to us are quarantined for several weeks and medicated as a precaution to ensure the fish you receive are healthy and eating.  We do not like buying fish expecting to have to medicate them and we feel that neither should you.
