Shipping policy

Live Arrival Guarantee is a guarantee that your fish will arrive alive and healthy under perfect shipping and receiving circumstances. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), a video must be emailed to us of you opening the box for THE FIRST TIME and a clear view of the dead fish. Fish must be sent Overnight or 1-Day shipping. FedEx 2-day will not be covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee. You must be available to receive and open your package at the first delivery attempt and within 1-hour be qualified. We are not responsible for your package recirculating through the mail or being sent back to us. No refund will be issued in either case. We are not responsible to what happens after it is in your care.
